As the neutral trustee (or administrator), we make certain that the trust is being ethically and effectively administered according to the terms of the trust. If there are underlying issues or legal conflicts, we work to make certain those issues are resolved.
Sheila Ridgway, one of our principle attorneys, has significant experience handling trust and estate litigation matters as an advocate for clients. Given her experience, she is uniquely qualified to handle matters as a trustee. She is highly knowledgeable of the law, including the structural framework for TEDRA and is available to serve as a special master. Her deep knowledge of the law concerning elder issues, fiduciary services, and trust and estate disputes, makes her a qualified candidate to serve as trustee.
